the room was a twin room it had good lighting the beds were really comfortable. parking was available behind secure gates this was a great feature. the hosts were friendly and always very helpful with directions and local information.
the walls seemed a bit thin i could hear some noise from other rooms.

The hosts offered a genuinely warm welcome (so NICE!) and provided helpful, friendly service. The bedding felt crisp, clean, and very comfortable. A HUGE bonus was having a car space, since parking can be tricky around there.
I think the heavy curtains created dust. I AM asthmatic. I got a bit wheezy as a result.

Coffee, tea, and milk were supplied in the room, a simple but VERY appreciated convenience for enjoying a hot drink anytime. The hotel also offers breakfast, with several options, at fixed times each morning. A nearby cafe provided more options.

The room felt spacious, with clean, comfy beds and fluffy towels that added a touch of home. The shower was AMAZING and offered consistent temperature and pressure. Two pillows were on each bed (i loved it).

The owners rang me beforehand to coordinate arrival, REALLY helping me with directions. They were pretty good and were always available to assist. The location is great and allows you to access many local spots.

the host was very friendly, so i felt welcome. i could see the tower from my room, it was cute. the location was great, very close to the prom.
I am asthmatic and the dust made me quite wheezy. the skirting boards were dusty and the plugs were very low. i could smell the dampness as i arrived in the hallway. It is an older hotel

The location was excellent for accessing the seafront. The room was clean and modern. The host showed me where to park and even escorted me to my room (a nice personal touch).
The hot water took a long time to warm up. It was about fifteen minutes before it was even lukewarm.
